- rice noodles
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cabbage
- 1 broccoli
- snow peas
- 1 green onion
- green beans
- tofu or vege chicken
- 1-2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- tamari soy sauce
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 cup water
In a large bowl soak the rice noodles
Saute garlic & onion in olive oil for 1-2 minutes
Mix the tofu or vege chicken & soy sauce
then combine the green beans, snow peas & carrot
put the cabbage & broccoli & simmer for about 3 minutes then salt & peper to taste.
Bring 2-4 cups water to boil then put the rice noodles & simmer for about 5 minutes.
Mix the cook vegetable & rice noodles. enjoy!
